I purchased a remote for my vehicle thought it was right and everything looked good instructions was good. Two days later I guess the screw came out of remote and it fell off the keychain and fell out when I was getting in or out or something now it's lost forever and I'm out a remote I found the screw in my pocket and the key chain it was on but no remote never had this happen before don't know how to contact seller to see what they would do.

It took some time to locate the anti-theft control unit for my Gen 1 Toyota Tundra; however, once that was accomplished the programming went as directed.  Thanks to remotesremotes.com,  and JDM Driveway on YouTube!!

I had excellent customer service with this company.  I confirmed with them before purchase that this was the correct product for my car.  It was the exact same in appearance as my original Toyota fob.  However, my skilled auto mechanic, who has programmed many key fobs on other cars, was unable to program it.  I have returned it and am awaiting a refund.

I really like your company.  As it turns out, i got my remote to work on the first attempt, so wahoo!  But even if it didn't, I really appreciate your willingness to allow me to return it if need be.  And you were always quick to answer the questions I had prior to ordering it.  Another company I had ordered this from, didn't even bother to let me know it was actually out of stock even though I received two emails confirming the order and delivery date, until i got tired of waiting for it  You're the tops.
