I thought it was good... January 28, 2024 Reviewer: Jamie Whitten from Limestone, TN United States   I purchased a remote for my vehicle thought it was right and everything looked good instructions was good. Two days later I guess the screw came out of remote and it fell off the keychain and fell out when I was getting in or out or something now it's lost forever and I'm out a remote I found the screw in my pocket and the key chain it was on but no remote never had this happen before don't know how to contact seller to see what they would do. Great FOB! Didn't work March 21, 2022 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   I had excellent customer service with this company.  I confirmed with them before purchase that this was the correct product for my car.  It was the exact same in appearance as my original Toyota fob.  However, my skilled auto mechanic, who has programmed many key fobs on other cars, was unable to program it.  I have returned it and am awaiting a refund. alls well that ends well January 1, 2022 Reviewer: Mark Kann from Saint Louis, MO United States   Folks I really like your company.  As it turns out, i got my remote to work on the first attempt, so wahoo!  But even if it didn't, I really appreciate your willingness to allow me to return it if need be.  And you were always quick to answer the questions I had prior to ordering it.  Another company I had ordered this from, didn't even bother to let me know it was actually out of stock even though I received two emails confirming the order and delivery date, until i got tired of waiting for it  You're the tops. Replacement Remote for 1998 Toyota 4Runner November 30, 2019 Reviewer: Robert Lambden Jr. from Salisbury, MD United States   The purchased keyless entry remote that I received is exactly the same shape and size as my original 1998 Toyota 4Runner remote.  Remotesremotes even provided a new battery.  Using the provided instructions I was able to program the remote in fairly quick time. I didn't even think of contacting Toyota for a replacement remote as I suspected the price would be high. Only time will tell as to the durability of the remote, but I don't think I could have found a better replacement remote and I am definitely a satisfied customer. I also purchased a new just the case keyless remote FOB for the same vehicle.
