i initially purchased two remotes that would not program to my vehicle. after a quick online chat with their representative, we figured out that the remotes that i had purchased from Amazon were not compatible to my vehicle. she recommended replacements on the company website as well as Amazon. i purchased the new remotes from the company website and they programmed on the first attempt. good customer service.

I’m very pleased with my order. It arrived in perfect condition with an already-working battery. I was able to switch out the top half and replace it with my old battery key, and then I was even able to program it myself! That was a bonus! I can’t comment on longevity as I’ve only had it for several days, but as of now I got exactly what I asked for and I’m very happy with my purchase.
