Did not work December 17, 2023 Reviewer: christopher falco from Troy, NY United States   I have tried to pair the remote using self programming instructions but as with the 2 previous aftermarket remotes I ordered from another company this one did not work either 2010 Japanese origin Subaru impreza 2.5i 5 mt I am able to reprogram the original remote back in the system previously now both lock/unlock on original remote broke from the board internally so I ordered on a hope/prayer but "surprise" the automotive industry wins again. Problem programming the remote October 6, 2023 Reviewer: Priscilla Calahan from Denver, CO United States   I cannot give any stars at this point because the mechanic who told me about your website was unable to program the key fob that I bought on your website.  He said I'd have to go to a dealer to get it done because they have better equipment.  I am an 80-year old woman, and might try it myself, but will have to wait until after October 16th.  Not sure if I can do it, but would like to avoid a trip to the dealer. Subaru Forester 2010 key fob July 9, 2023 Reviewer: Mark W Mallander from Saint Paul, MN United States   After spending an hour trying to program the new remote I have given up for now. There are a few grammatical mistakes in the downloaded instructions that cause confusion and the final step is simply incorrect. There isn't an 8 digit code on the driver's door. It is 4 digits, a hyphen, followed by 7 digits. I will probably ask for a refund. Was this review helpful to you?
