If you’re getting two of these keys, then this is cheaper by $5 than the other listing.
I got the key cut at Home Depot for free (make sure they know how to do double sided keys, because my guy screwed up one of them).

There’s a YouTube video on how to do this,  for a 2015 Nissan Versa (mine is 2014, so I assume it works for all the years of this model) but in case it gets taken down:
1. Put key in ignition (at 0) and take it out 5-8 times until you see the emergency lights come on.

2. Turn the key to the 2 position (accessory mode) and leave it there.

3. Lock all the doors with the driver’s side power button.

4. Press and hold the lock button on the key you want to program until the emergency lights flash again.
