It’s been over a week now, and I have yet to receive my package. I understand that once you deliver it to the carrier, that you no longer have control of it. And I know that you guys were prompt in delivering it to the carrier. But I ordered the package to be delivered between 4 to 5 business days, and now seven business days have gone by and I have still not received my package. I recommend you change your carrier. Because of them, I will probably never do business with you again, and I would not recommend you to anyone else.
