All dealer. March 30, 2023 Reviewer: Zipdrive20 from Mount Joy, PA United States   I tried several sets of instructions for the 2004 ES 330 and could not enter program mode, which was ultimately done by the dealer. They cut the key, programmed the remote, washed and vacuumed the car for about $75.00. (wash and vacuum was free.) Kudos to Bobby Rahal Lexus in Ephrata PA.   All in this key cost about $105.00, which I was happy with. Was this review helpful to you?

Fast Eamil Response, But... October 21, 2021 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Georgia   Had an issue with a remote (trunk button didn't work despite proper programming).  Instead of being given a mailing label for what is a defective product, was asked to send it back at my expense.  That makes something that was reasonably-priced now $4 more expensive.  If the product is defective, I should not have to pay return shipping. New Keyless Entry Remote Key Fob Long Blade for 19 October 3, 2020 Reviewer: sloopy from Los Angeles, CA United States   Was skeptical that these items would actually work (Lexus HYQ1512VC Chip and HYQ12BBT), but both came in good condition, and we were able to take to locksmith for cutting and programing and they both worked great! Customer service was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I can with good conscience say I recommend this company and their product.
