Well, the key came and I puzzled over the instructions because I have one complete original key with the security lock/unlock and one key that is programmed but does not have the security buttons and therefore can suddenly make the horn start if the truck was last locked with the "good" key. But I tried the programming via the two key instructional portion and it worked! One minute and it was done. The truck started and stopped. Locked and unlocked perfectly and actually a bit faster than my original key probably because the battery is weaker after a few years of use. Anyway, I just ordered another key. That says it all! Thanks RemotesRemotes. The dealer wanted $300 dollars for the same key with programming and the locksmith wanted $250. Plus, an hour with the vehicle to complete the programming. Hmmm. It took seconds, so why the hour? I just went out to get my key model paperwork from the seat of the truck and tried the new key again and again. Still works. Perfect. I'm sold.
