Lots of issues and Remotesremotes solved them ALL March 8, 2020 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Albany, CA United States   When I first visited RemoteRemotes, I thought, "Hmm... selling key fobs for 1/3 the price of the local locksmith, a really bizarre set of programming instructions, nothing but 5-star reviews... this is really fishy." I ordered anyway. Issue #1: Programming the ignition worked, but programming the keyless entry didn't. Resolution #1: In under 1 minute I got a chat rep who said, "Check for a silver logo."  She processed the return immediately. Issue #2: One of the silver fobs wouldn't program the ignition. Resolution #2: This time I submitted an offline chat. Within a couple of hours I was told, "Try replacing the battery." Worked like a charm. RemotesRemotes was there EVERY time with a response in under 4 hours and got my key fobs working perfectly. Yep. 1/3 the price. Do a little song-and-dance and they work just like the originals. Pleased on both ends January 22, 2020 Reviewer: Chris Johnson from San Jose, CA United States   I've used this company on prior occasions without issue. This time I ordered the incorrect remote for my vehicle. The remote was delivered promptly. When I realized my error I contacted the company for a return process. Again they responded promptly, sent me the address for the return and then refunded my money very quickly. The instructions on how to program the remote for my 2007 Prius were included with the remote, and worked the first try.
