Unfortunately, I didn't have an opportunity to use the remote. My son's car was T-Boned on Jul 16, 2016 and subsequently totaled! I will contact customer support on Jul 18, 2016 to check to see if I need an authorization number to return the remote. I have the receipt and the return address. Will definitely consider recommending to friends and family. Thanks.
