Not quite as pictured. December 16, 2023 Reviewer: Mikey H from Calimesa, CA United States   Remote works great. The one in the picture looked just like my original with the lock and unlock function. The one that I received also has a trunk button that will not work for my car. On the plus side, the new remote also has a panic button on the back that does work. Was this review helpful to you?

Great product, EXCEPTIONAL customer service December 5, 2023 Reviewer: Erin Klein from Denver, CO United States   Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received. When the remote arrived in the mail it looked different from the one pictured on the website and didn’t have any programming instructions included (nor were they were not on the website). I reached out to customer service and got a reply within an hour. After confirming my order I received a link to programming instructions and (based on a picture I sent) confirmation that the remote I had would still work. Not only did they reply promptly to each correspondence, they even checked in following day to make sure the remote did indeed work for me. Above and beyond. Was this review helpful to you?

Works well August 18, 2020 Reviewer: TLW from stevens, PA United States   I had to buy a new key fob for our 2006 Forester, after the puppy decided it was something great to chew (thank God she didn’t get the one for the 2012 Ram 3500!!!). remotes October 26, 2019 Reviewer: Nancy Olsen from Tacoma, WA United States   I have dealt with RemotesRemotes for years getting chipped keys for 2010 mustang, key fob for 2003 gmc sierra, 2001 grand am, key fobs for 1999 gmc...  Most recent for a 2006 Subaru 2 button, they did send the 3 button, so they had to be returned, but they really stepped up and got me the one i wanted and to me in just a few days, I give the 5 stars, because they never fail, they want return customers and the prices and help are good.. 5 star may not be good enough, been dealing with them for years, good company..
