I bought 2 key fobs that didn't work, the support was excellent in finding the solution. The fobs didn't match my part number. Support sent me a link to fobs that did match and I got a full refund for the original purchase. I received new ones in a very timely manner, and they work great on my 2004 silverado 3500. Thanks so much for getting my issue resolved.
