Programming instructions were not available on sit October 2, 2019 Reviewer: Douglas Wong from Watsonville, CA United States   I have a minor comment about the order. After I received my remote I entered the year, make and model of my car in order to get the programming instructions. They were not available on the Remotes site. I had to have a chat with support. They gave me another site which did have the programming instructions. It would have been better if the Remotes site had said the programming instructions for some cars were not available and to direct users to the other site if that were the case. remote works as advertised...only one thing February 28, 2019 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Fort Lee, NJ United States   My criticism first; there were no instructions online here when I came to find them for my remote! Thankfully, there were videos and other websites that I found to help me with programming. Everything was sent that you need; the 8 digit individual code for the remote is essential in the programming, and that was on a large separate piece of paper that came in the sealed plastic bag.
