I’ve ordered mighty mule gate remotes from you in the past and had to return ones for replacement when the originals sent failed to function. On this order of 4 remotes, 3 are working but the 4th does not after multiple attempts to remove & replace the battery & reprogram the remote. The light blinks when the button is pushed but there is no connection to the control box.  I would like to return it for replacement with another. Otherwise, I’m happy with the 3 that work well. Please advise how I can proceed. Thank you.

I haven't yet programmed the new remotes. But these will be SO convenient!  I won't have to go out to open the gate for my daughter-in-law anymore.  She can come and go as she pleases. :)
