One of the remotes was unable to be programmed. I contacted the company regarding this issue and got no response.

I got exactly what I needed. First two smart keys for $99. At the dealership that alone would probably cost $600 for two. And for those who live in the Los Angeles area, you cannot go wrong with Mike Melikian (818) 860-8995. He's a good guy and knows how to program keys for American, Japanese, and European cars. Even the mechanical key is copied. He can drive to your location.
