Ordered the remotes and couldnt get them working. I did a chat with them and they immediately helped me out and within a minute or two the remotes were working. Excellent customer service. Very happy

I purchased these remotes and followed the YouTube video and included instructions but the remotes wouldn’t work. Frustrated I left a 1 star review…then I used trusty Google and found the original instructions from Wayne Dalton and was able to program the remotes (as well as reprogram my old one that I accidentally deprogrammed in the whole process!!) So I would recommend but follow the manufacturer’s instructions!!
