This works for my 1994 Frantz opener. I could not make it work with the dip switches, so I thought I would have to send it back. The case is very hard to open. Customer service was friendly & promptly sent me instructions. They also told me it don't work with Frantz. At last effort I tried the learn method & was surprised when it worked. Need to get a couple more while I still can.

This remote has the dip switches but it's hard to open it up to set the switches but once that was done it's light weight and works good.
