I was pleased with how quickly I received the items. Also, instructions that were enclosed really saved me some money because the technician was able to program both of my remotes with 10-15 minutes. He was also glad that instructions were included.

The openers were received with great speed and one of them worked just fine.  In the 2nd one, the battery was not functional, so I went to change it and inadvertently disconnected the little connection rendering the opener  not fixable.  So I am initiating a new order to purchase another one.
