I made an error in ordering fobs. I contacted
Remotes/Remotes and they facilitated returning the wrong fobs and issued a refund promptly. I did order the correct fobs and they work very well. I'm very satisfied.

These Fobs are a great buy... the only draw back is that you need a special tool to get them programmed for Chevy Impala 2011. Once programmed they work great.

The remotes came within a few days. They were very easy to program and they work great. I saved money by ordering them rather then going to the dealership.

Ordered 2 remotes that arrived within a week. The auto parts store that gets you in the zone has them for $70 each for a single remote. Buy once here and be happy!
