I ordered two new keys for a recently purchased used vehicle that only came with one key. The keys came in a timely manner. I had a locksmith cut the new keys but he could not figure out how to get the fob to lock/unlock the vehicle. I messaged customer service and they spent time going through every scenario until one finally worked. 10/10 would use again and recommend.

The person(s) doing online chat were very helpful. I was offered a partial refund for a RemotesRemotes key I had purchased on Amazon, though I declined as that key was miscut at the hardware store, leading me to cobble the electronics out of that key and insert into an old key - didn't work.
I appreciated the immediate offer of a partial refund from RemotesRemotes, though the hardware store came up with a partial refund for their error.
