2 out of 3 were able to be linked. Sometimes they work from a few feet away, sometimes they work after pressing the button a few times. Not perfect but for an older truck syncing up to an off brand fob, its OK.

So far I am not having any luck after chatting with tech support many times I was finally able to get the van into "programing mode" the only method that worked was to jump the wiring harness located under the steering column.  Even then the remote would not pair with the Van so I ordered a second remote and the second one would not work either  Next step is to buy one from the dealer to see if this will solve the issue. To be fair I gave this 3 stars as this might be an issue with the van itself but I will eventually figure this out, the only thing that tech support could not tell me if there was a way to test their remote.

Very simple to program, works like a charm.
Very inexpensive and a great product.
I have now used both the replacement key and the fob. I am very pleased with both.
