I have a 2006 Lincoln Town Car and the clickers were getting beat. In 2018, I ordered a couple of clickers from remotesremotes and they worked out fine. But over time one broke where the key ring goes through the clicker. And then this year, 2026, the second one broke. I used the original Lincoln one, which was still beat but still worked fine and still had the part that goes on the key ring. I ordered a couple more from remotesremotes and programmed them and they work fine. Even though the old ones broke the key loop after 8 years, they are still a tremendous value. A lot of people don't even keep their cars that long.
