Don't do business with these folks! Key fob buttons jammed on first use. Company was super rude and surprisingly hostile regarding my polite request to cover return shipping. I see that their returns policy is that the customer pays the shipping in returns, however it's pretty standard that a company would still cover the return shipping cost when the item they send is broken and unusable. Otherwise they make themselves look petty, greedy, and unreasonable. They have at least excelled at doing so...

While they were nice people, they aren't knowledgable about the products they sell.  I clicked a direct link recommendation from the chat agent and paid $9.99 for the part and $6.95 for shipping.  Upon arrival, it was wrong.  To return the product I was incorrectly sold, I was told I would have to pay for shipping again.  So if they screw up, the buyer is responsible for their screw up.  Upon my return to the website, I was told a different part to purchase which was the same incorrect one I had earlier purchased from Amazon.  I just believe it's bad business making the buyer pay for shipping when the seller was the one who messed up.  As a business owner myself, if I screw up, I pay for it, not the buyers.  I will be going to a competitor for my key FOBS from now on.

5 of 5 2005 Honda Pilot Key fob. February 24, 2019

All was good and If I ever have a need I will certainly purchase your products again.  

One suggestion is that you offer a screw driver option that properly fits the screw holding the metal key blank in the fob.  Unfortunately I stupidly used the wrong size screw driver and ruined the screw and can't get it out.  I'll probably reorder providing I can purchase the proper screwdriver with the part.
