Fantastic customer service and product January 22, 2020 Reviewer: Stan from Bluffton, IN United States   After contacting customer service as to the exact fit for my Ford Flex, we communicated back and forth several times until I could obtain all the information they needed to provide me the correct remote. they were VERY helpful in explaining to me where to find the info they needed. I received the replacement remote key much earlier than I expected and I was able to program the remote and the chip key WITH ABSOLUTELY NO TROUBLE. The provided instructions were clear and easily understood and worked perfectly. This is the second time I've purchased from Remotes Remotes and that is where I'll go anytime I need a replacement. I saw some reviews that said that you needed two working remotes to program the new remote, but I easily programmed mine with only one of the old remotes. I still need to get the key cut.
